Faith in Action(FIA)
Faith in Action (FIA) was established in 2010Gc, as Ethiopian Residence Charitable Association. Then Re-registered and accorded legal personality on 29/05/2019 as Local Organization in accordance with the CSOs proclamation No.1113/2019. FIA is built upon the premise of that Children, Women and Youth, the promise of the successful development of Ethiopia. In order to be productive, influential leaders of the future, young women and men need the knowledge and opportunities to be healthy and self-reliant. FIA provides these opportunities to enable themselves and work towards an Ethiopia of promise, gender equality, economic and environmental strength.

Our mission is to facilitate a favorable condition to understand the social, economic and political problems of vulnerable group (Women, children, adolescent, youth, elders and people with disability) to enable them realize their potential through access and control over resources and power building.
FIA strongly believes that development can be achieved and effectively sustained only through partnership among different actors including government, civil society organizations, the private sector and the community at large. Collaboration among those organizations is a key to moving towards achieving common development goals.
FIA is cognizant of the fact that lasting and sustained positive change in the lives of disadvantaged people can be attained only when they are able to speak for themselves and when society works together to respect all individuals. FIA puts the empowerment of the community at the center of its principles and actions.
